It started with frustration.
As two separate business owners, we kept seeing the same pattern: ambitious women following advice that was destroying their businesses. They were pouring money into fancy websites and premium coaches while they were barely able to pay themselves. Even worse? When tax time came, they'd panic about owing thousands they hadn't saved for.
We knew this wasn't right because we'd lived the opposite.
From day one, Krystal's tax background taught us the importance of setting aside money for taxes, while Callie's bookkeeping and money management expertise had us making clear-headed decisions. Using Profit First principles, we proved that even a new business could pay its owners consistently, stay ahead of taxes, and build a safety net before hitting six-figure months.
But here's what really got us, women business owners were being told they weren't going to grow if they didn't outsource their finances. They'd hire expensive bookkeepers, CPAs, and CFOs, then come to us confused about why their bank account was empty despite having great revenue. No one had taught them to read their own numbers or make confident money decisions.
